Description
Yeast culture in liquid form, a unicellular fungus, and is produced by multiplication of a pure strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells with Stander or Osmo tolerance performance.
Composed of beige creamy liquid with a characteristic odor of baker’s yeast, It may be mixed directly with the flour or directly added to the dough during mixing. The right dosage depends among others on application, recipe, type of process and process circumstances.
